PARK CITY, Utah -- Katie Holmes has done a lot of things in her film career. She's played Batman's love interest, the daughter of the President, a sexy reporter and a major thief, but there's one thing that the actress would still like to check off - singing on the big screen.

BURBANK, Calif. -- Tom Cruise is being sued.

In paperwork filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Michael Davis Sapir is suing the 'Knight & Day' actor, along with his attorney Bert Fields, and jailed private investigator Anthony Pellicano, for allegedly wiretapping his phone during the course of a previous 2001 lawsuit that Cruise had filed against Sapir.
