MARTINS FERRY, Ohio -- Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are proud parents to a new set of twins.

The surrogate mother carrying the couple's new children gave birth on Monday to the couple's new daughters, a rep for the stars confirmed to Access Hollywood.
